In accordance with Clause 11 of the Articles of association, the Foundation’s bodies are:

In accordance with Clause 18 of the Articles of Association, the positions, with the exception of members of the Board of Auditors, are not remunerated. Current members of the Board of Directors were appointed by Decree of the Ministry of Culture of 23/09/2022 for a term of four years.

Staff
Position of General Manager
In accordance with Clause 17 of the Articles of Association, the Director of the Foundation is identified through a comparative public selection procedure, with an ad hoc panel that puts forward three names of eligible candidates, and is then appointed by the Board of Directors. The office of director is held for four years and is renewable. The director sees to the implementation of deliberations adopted by the Board of Directors and coordinates the activities of the Foundation from a scientific, managerial and organisational viewpoint.
Effective 10/31/2024, Frank Boehm was hired as director of the Foundation.

“Simple” civic access concerning data, documents and information subject to mandatory publication
Anyone is entitled to request documents, information or data in those instances where their publication has been omitted, despite the fact that such a step is stipulated as mandatory by the applicable laws. The request for civic access is not subject to any limitation as to the applicant’s subjective legitimacy, does not need to be motivated, is free of charge and must be currently submitted to the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Foundation, within thirty days from date of the request, will proceed with publication on the Website of the requested document, information or data and will simultaneously forward it to the applicant, alternatively, communicates to him or her the fact of its publication, indicating the hyperlink to what had been requested, pursuant to the under-mentioned procedure. The foregoing is without prejudice to the cases of denial motivated by a possible opposition from different interested parties under Article 5 (5), (6) and (7) of Legislative Decree No. 33/13. In accordance with Article 11-bis of Regional Law No. 40/2009, which identifies the subjects in charge of the correctness and the swiftness of the procedure and the exercise of reserve powers, the reserve power is exercised by the Board of Directors. Anyone is entitled to access the data and document held by the Foundation pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013, in addition to those subject to publication, in compliance with the limits relating to the protection of legally relevant interests in accordance with Article 5-bis of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013. The procedure laid down for simple civic access applies.
